“Letter to a Friend” by Kassidy McIntosh

In honor of Juneteenth, I’m posting the link to a nonfiction piece I accepted four years ago, when I was an editor with Eclectica Magazine. “Letter to a Friend” moved me deeply, and Ms. McIntosh was awarded Spotlight Author for the July/August 2020 issue.
